Had a minor accident during a fire drill at work late last week and ended up with a lots of interesting bruises and a minor concussion (suffice it to say that I ended up getting knocked down the stairs when the gentleman behind me stumbled and couldn't catch himself on the railing). Besides looking like I was on the wrong end of a fight (damn cement stairs hurt!), I have just enough of a lingering headache where I just can't think through plot lines right now.

Hopefully i'llbe on the mend soon, and hope ya'll will continue to have patience on my delayed responses.

Morning CG.... just popping in for a quick cup of coffee before starting out on a long day.

Hehehe... I found those a while ago just for her birthday and was bummed I missed the actual day. It's been very hectic in the RW. :(
 
Oh I know hectic H F as it is a consent state of affairs for me. Though I must safe it keeps things interesting old friend.

I enter the Inn after a long day and make my way to the bar for a drink. I pour a generous vodka on the rocks and drown three olives for fun.

Making my way to the chair near the couches I fold open my dogeared pad and set to some writing until others come by.

"Evening to any who may be about."
 
"Evenin fun. how's it going?" he asks yawning and stretching after writing his 2 posts that he didn't realized he owed thanks to lit being stupid.
 
Looking up from my writing as the elf emerges from his own writing. I raise my glass in toast.

"Hey Glad, I'm doing all right, long days and nights of late but all things considered, pretty good. How's by you?"

"All things considered, I'm doing ok. under a lot of stress, not sleeping well, studying for my exam. The only bright spot of late seems to be writing. Although I did have a wonderful weekend Riding rollercoasters, hadn't been on one in 3 years."
 
Roller coasters sound like Fun!!!!!!!

And I'm glad you're writing again. With the exception of some ongoing projects, my co-writers are currently attending to RW duties and responsibilities. Though I'm gladly and patiently awaiting their return.

I glance a the clock and see it's late... I finish my drink and make ready to meet my sheets.

"Goodnight Glad... Enjoy your evening. I need to hit the sheets and make ready for a new day."
