My understanding is that a well-toned PC muscle, from Kegel excercises, can allow a man to control ejaculation, thus (theoretically) allowing him to orgasm without ejaculating.

Sounds great to me! I'm not in that good of shape, so I can't speak from personal experience. If anyone, male or female, can personally speak to the positive affects of Kegel excercises, please let us all know!!
