Pulls up Fr33k's thread and begins to read I hadn't really been in the Den today. Was trying to focus on getting some writing done. Then there was my Depression thread. It's hard trying to get back on track.

I look at her smiling and put my hand on her shoulder in a comforting way.

I`m sure everyone will understand. Don`t worry. I`ll bet that they`ll be very happy to see you posting again.

I begin to read the thread that Luna pulled up.

I have to go back to work. Don`t want to, but have to. I`ll be back in about 3 -4 hours. Hope to see you then.

I bow to her then wave goodbye to Dragon. Then I shift into my other form and fly off.

"I do believe we did. It seems to be a habit of ours. Now if we could just find a way to do without getting sand on every part of my person."

He laughs, "But that's part of the whole experience." he teases her.

He stands up and takes her hand, come I believe I see friends.

She sweeps granules of sand from her body as Glad helps her up with the other and they make their way to the Outlook proper.

Pulling myself from the mind of Makenzie, I look up to see Cait and glad as well as draggy. Seems I have lost Avellan. A sigh. Searching for Miki, I pull up draggy's thread and prepare to return to the pervy school teacher...

"Hello guys. Am trying to force some creativity into my brain. Thinking after one more Miki post, I am gonna stop before I get frustrated...."

Its never a good idea to push it Luna, let it flow when you can and don't force it when you can't... discouragement will make you less likely to do it again next time. or so it is for me.

It is good to celebrate what small victories you can Luna... I know in my own healing I got frustrated when I wasn't moving fast enough and would push which would actually make things worse for me.
