Actually I think their whoppers are too messy and too dry because of the flamebroiling.
 
hmmmm... if i have to eat fastfood burgers... Steak and shake..

if it doesnt have to be burgers... Church's chicken!

I personally prefer Hardee's myself. But I rarely have the time to go there anymore.
 
Hardee's is the place for breakfast hands down.

I'm partial to Wendy's burgers myself though I do like the burgers of steak and shake too. Oh and Cheeseburger Charlie's where you build the burger yourself. That way I can make sure it doesn't have too many toppings so I don't wind up wearing like 50% of them on my shirt when I leave-a total waste of money if you ask me.

Edit-also trying to eat an overly messy burger makes me look like a total slob which I absolutely despise.

For me, country fried steak and gravy biscuits!

Best burger place, Checkers, or Rally's if you're up north. But sometimes, when you have that guilty late night munchy craving: Krystals/White Castle.

Yeah I love Krystals/White Castle for keeping with the bite sized burgers little chance for mess making with them.
 
Noon slips in an sets himself up in a chair in the Outlook, with a bit of a beach view. He requests on a glass of ice water from the staff as he looks out toward the sea. Then he glances down at a thread long running idle and attempts to climb back into character for it. He stretches his arms and adjusts his legs to get comfortable-this one is going to take a while.

*shudders* White Castle makes the worst burger I've ever had. It's even worse than McDonald's. Then again, that might just have been the ones they sell in the freezer section in stores.

Its the freezer ones. Shakes head free of bad memories.
 
A couple years ago, White Castle had a special version of their hamburgers for a limited time that used A1 steak sauce. OMG, it was sooooo gooood! I got a sack about 11:30 PM one night while visiting a friend and took them back to my hotel room. :D

My biggest problem with it was that it was extremely rare...I mean it was RED in the middle, not pink. I don't do rare.

"Eh, surprising to see a conversation about fast food here." Wonders idly what prompted this. He takes another sip of his drink and glances back at his posting

"Ugh, I hate taking breaks because it's so hard to pick up the threads of stories that I've left for several weeks. My writing is at its best when it's instinctive." Shakes his head.

Yeah, the freezer stuff just doesn't cut it. Of course I am talking about a guilty pleasure here. Its not fine dining by any stretch! Its just that sometimes, its what you crave.

The thing I like about Rallys/Checkers is their hamburgers have some kind of flavoring to them, like maybe worcestershire sauce or something, I don't know for sure. But it's not just plain meat. McDonalds hamburgers taste like a soggy kitchen sponge anymore. The only thing that gives them flavor is the mustard, ketchup and pickles.

Wendy's burgers are worse. No flavor of their own. Just the flavor of water....

Exactly! And they always try to skimp on tomatoes claiming a freeze down south or something. If the other places can put tomatoes on, why the heck can't they?

Everyone needs to take a hint from Hardee's. They used to have the worst, smallest burgers in fast food. Now they have some of the biggest, best tasting burgers.
