He smiles back at her, a knowing wink, "I trust you had a nice evening last night too? I am sorry the real world kept me away from here." he says softly the other hand sliding down her back to rest on her lower back rubbing softly.

"I had a very nice evening, thank you. The real world comes first."

Nods to her.

So what do you want to do? Swim or no swim? And if you want to swim in warmer waters, the Island has just that. It`s located in the Lounge and is a place of my own creation.

She tilts hear head to the side, a rogue ringlet bounces against her cheekbone as she smiles at him.

"Are you trying to entice me, sir?" she asks quietly, forcing herself to remain straight faced. She looks back at the water. "I WOULD like to swim..." her eyes glance back at him, falling loosely against the form of his physique, a little quirky smile forms as she mentally bats away wandering thoughts.

He caught her as she fell loosely against him. Almost knocking him down.

Wow there. Are you ok?

He glanced down at the water nervously, shallow water didn`t frighten him, only deep water. It restricted his abilities and powers.

"Fine... just clumsy... and i have weak ankles from playing sports back in high school," she laughs at herself, it's better if she does before he... it wouldn't hurt so much then. "I have this strange feeling you dont like swimming," she whispers, looking up into his eyes.

She isn't really sure why she's allowing herself to lean against him this long, and quickly regains her center of gravity, looking back at the little hole her heel had made in the sand. Shes a little flustered, but tries to play it off.

"Anyway..." she says, walking on, pretending that had not just happened. "Tell me about your little island... and why a nice man like yourself is in ownership of said island with a fear of water..."

I founded the Island. It`s.. it`s something amazing and beautiful. You can go there yourself if you want to. I run a community on the Island and the Island has many secrets. I`m bound to the Island and therefore have... well nevermind you`ll have to ask the Island. But the Island is a place where miracles happen.

"It sounds interesting, though... I don't believe in miracles..." she says softly, crossing her arms firmly against her chest. "I may check it out sometime..." She continues walking on the soft beach sand for a while, then turns to face towards the Outlook.

"Think we aught to head back?" she asks, nodding towards the establishment way down the coast.

How abouts we head to the China Pearl Inn. Not many people are around the Lookout. What do you say?

She blushes and starts mumbling.

"I... dont know people in there..." her voice is small, soft. She bows her head and pulls at the back of her short curls nervously, biting her bottom lip.

Putting a hand on her shoulder. He smiles and looks at her.

The China Pearl inn is a good place to go and meet people. Don`t worry, I`ll protect you.

She bites the corner of her bottom lip and shrugs.

"Alright... might as well, I suppose," she shrugs, then sighs, putting her shoes back on. "I'll meet you there..."

She walks back towards the outlook, making sure no one is there, and exits just as quietly as she had entered. She would probably be back later, if all goes according to plan.

She re-entered the Outlook, glancing around before darting directly towards the nearest couch. She flopped down with a loud thud that probably reverberated throughout the interior. She didn't mind... she had a sucky week, even though yesterday was a nice highlight in her mundane life. RL was so over rated sometimes! She rolled her eyes and sighed, motioning for one of the lovely staff members to come and take her order.

"Another Rum Runner, Please, heavy handed on the blackberry brandy," she requested softly. She could probably use something stronger, stiffer. A hard cider came to mind, but... she wasn't in the mood, really.

She leaned her elbow on the armrest and rested her chin in her palm. Any moment now, surely, someone would come in... make her laugh... make her blush... something... Her mind wandered into the dark places it often had; she tried as hard as she could to drown out the negativity but it loomed over her like a rain cloud on a perfect summers day.

'Get yourself together,' she thought viciously to herself. She was her own worse critic, it's true, and she was the only one alienating herself from the general population... but... it was tiresome all the same. If she had that bone in her body to be more... demanding... maybe... she shook her head and took the glass from the tray when the staff member returned. She could chug the drink, allow the alcohol to soak up her inhibitions... but she didn't. She always played it safe. Safe. Boring. Kay.

He smiles seeing Kay enter and sit down. It looked as if her week had been as emotionally trying as his own.

He beckoned to her, "Evening Kay... Join Caitlin and I for a drink?" he offered sliding out the free chair for her.

She smiled at Kay and ordered a Sex on the Beach from a passing waiter who gave her a saucy grin.

Sneaking in through the side door of the Outlook, spotting her newest friends Kay, and Caitlin. My mischief instincts are activated, and a devious grin paints my lips. Begin elf stealth mode!

Sneakin'

Sneakin!

Almost there!

Get ready!

*Pounces Kay, giving her a big wet kiss on the cheek, then laughing hysterically, falling over into Gladiator's lap, giggling until I need to catch my breath! :D

She let her fingers splay out a bit as she waits for her drink to arrive. Leaning over, she kisses his cheek. Then settles in her chair.
He turns his head as she does so trying to catch her kiss on his lips, but he is too slow. He smiles broadly. "I am having chicken wings, would you care for some?"

Arms slide instinctively around the suddenly appearing Thyri, keeping her from falling. He starts to smirk at his friend's antics, "You're silly." he says chuckling... "Here have half of her." he says and playfully pushes Thyri's legs into Caitlin's lap.

"Milady Thyri!" She laughed, "good to see you again."

When at last I catch my breath, sitting up to put an arm around my friends, I give a grin and a wink to Caitlin.

Hi Cait. I'm so damn glad its Friday evening! The end of a long bad week that couldn't end soon enough! I need some Sangria! :D

"Ahhh, Milady. What fine looking feet you have," she laughs.
