And Candy- if they're jerking you around about your truck threaten to go to the better buisness buraue (however you spell it) and report them.
Its just not cool to mess with someone's truck. Should be laws against such things.

Oh we are going to court over my truck. I'm suing him for it. He told me last time I called that he refuses to touch my truck again so why don't I just sue him and hung up on me.

See if he would have just refused to fix it .. I could have delt with that. It was the hanging up in me that sent me beyond pissed off. Also maybe he should find out where people work before he says something like that. Cause I work for a law firm and my lawyers have jumped on this.

hahah right..well I'm going to work on making sure he dosen't do this to anyone else. I'm putting a call into the Better Business Buereu then reporting him to the state..I didn't ask him to get my truck inspected..my Arkansas tags are good till July he took it upon himself to do that cost me another $40 and dunno how it passed when state law is that it has to have a horn and my horn does not work..

Then to my clutch suspose to be brand new still feel the flywheel spinning and there is air in the lines and it needs to be bleed again..also they had to drop the transmisison to replace the clutch and when they put it back in he messed something up cause it runs like crap now and it ran perfect before so quiet you thought it died when just idling..not anymore ...

he refuses to touch it again says that nothing is his fault ... so taking it to Mitsubishi tomorrow to get a diagnostic done on it and see what he messed up get the price to fix it and that's what my lawyers will sue him for..

then when all done with that I'm calling the news stations.

Hey check the transmission fluid, smell it to see if its burning. If so, you'll have a better idea of whats happening down there. If the lines have air pockets, and he's the one that had to bleed it out in the first place to work on the clutch. Then, he is intitled to make it smooth as it was. If you went to a local shop to work the truck, you're gonna be in court for awhile. Not as much as the bigger named companies, but atleast they will cust. rep. helping you out and giving you discounts persuading you not to go to court. Don't get me wrong, they don't want to help you for your interest, they rather pay you a couple of thosand dollars than pay their lawyers -who works under them and also puts their brand name on the line.

Speaking of "on the line", email or call up a local new team and tell them what had happened. Trust me, those news reporters are Hyenas. Tell them there's a bloodspot, they'll be there.
 
hahahaha yeah I know my cars that's where mechanics and such make mistakes and assume cause I'm female I don't know anything .. my Daddy said I couldn't drive a car till I knew how to work on one so I learned

Candy, Monteros are pretty good trucks. So you shouldn't have problems for atleast 5-6 years. One problems with Mitsubishi is that they make good vehicles but not for a long lasting reliability. (Worked with Eclipse in the old days). Lolz, your father is a wise man. Not only does it make you a smart lady, but one irresistable, sexy one! I swear, if I could find a hottie that would tease me by working on my cars or bikes, I'd go crazy!

Yeah I did. The people that refered me to him are just very shocked they have known him for like 20 years and never known him to be this way.. oh well he'll pay one way or another

No I'm not leaving forever.
Here's whats going on (also wrote this up for another forum I frequent so I'm not typing it over and over).

Today's been interesting. Woke up to a rather alarming email from my mother and found out my grandfather, mother's stepfather, who has not been in the best of health the past four years has gone downhill rapidly in the last two weeks. A history of a quad-bypass on his heart and a few other surgical issues, plus round the clock pain that's only helped by narcotics.
I'll spare you the details other then to say Monday he ended up falling out of his bed, my grandmother, frail and in ill health herself, couldn't get him back in so called the paramedics, etc. A hospital trip, an IDIOT ER doctor and some drama later and my Mom flew out to Phoenix. She was doing hourly medications and such, then Nana found out her prednisone had been doubled instead of halved by her fuckin pharmasist and so she's got pneumonia. So my aunt Carol flew out to help.
Well, Grandpa Bud's not doing too well and probably going to die within the week as he's in a coma-like state at the moment. Nana's doing a bit better- she's known this was coming for quite some time now and has been adjusting. My mom got her prednisone dose fixed (She's an RN) and is handling things there. She just needs some help and I need to go home- need a break from here and have to be with my family now. I've known this was coming but didn't think it'd be so soon.

I've talked with my unit command and they're going to help me get leave so I can fly home. Won't be on Lit much from Friday, the 24th until I get back into Japan, March 11th at the latest. If there's something you need me for, shoot me a PM here and I'll try to answer as soon as I can.

Thanks for listening and for any well wishes/prayers/good thoughts, etc.

Just found out my grandfather's dead, peacefully in his sleep. Far better then some of the alternatives so its okay.
Well not okay but... I'm not even sure what but its tolerable.

I keep finding things I've said coming into actuality- "I need a vacation" and "write me paperwork, I don't care anymore." Well I've gotten paperwork (work drama crap) and I'm going home. Going to have to start being more specific with my words.
