There are subtle differences, I have always loved your nipples, and they do seem a bit perkier/bigger. You look as fantastic as ever tobius... Congratulations on the pregnancy.

Ok, so upon further and closer review, you may be right.
Without actually going back and making a comparison to older photos (which I do intend to do soon....kind of an exciting thing to research
), I think your nipples may be a little bigger....almost as if they have swelled or expanded a bit. Not so much your areola, but your nipples themselves do look a little......thicker, or fatter, if you will.
Your breasts look the same to me, but I will make s comparison as soon as I get the chance.
Also, it does look like your tummy may have the slightest, most subtle baby bump to it. You have always been so slender, with such a tight, flat stomach. There just may be a slight beginning of showing there.
I must say that you are a fine specimen of a woman. I have so enjoyed following you through the years and am looking forward to the prospect of sharing this journey with you.

Minor changes noted a little more filling over the front of your hips and tummy. Nipples are standing up a little more.
