Reika crept barefoot along the tree branch, silent as she looked down upon the grazing deer. The tiny leather skirt she wore and a strip of leather tied around her chest was all she wore, other than the beads that decorated her long, blonde hair, and a ring that adorned her belly button.

As she moved forward, she almost lost her footing. She swore softly to herself as she regained her balance. Over the last few years, she'd grown quite a bit, and most of that growth was in her breasts; her waist remained pale and toned, her abs showing even when she wasn't flexing. Her legs and ass were skin over toned muscle, no excess fat. But her breasts threw off her coordination they'd grown so much, so fast; she'd gone from almost flat-chested to having tremendous breasts in such a short time.

Crouching low, she notched an arrow in her bow and aimed it carefully. She lined it up with the doe, ready to fire an arrow through its heart, letting it die instantly and hopefully feel no pain. But, just when she was about to release the arrow, there was a crash from nearby in the forest. Was it the sound of a tree falling? That didn't sound quite right. Whatever it was, it was something big. Perhaps a dragon that had accidentally wandered into this sacred forest?

Whatever caused the sound, it was the sound that sent the deer running out of her sights.

Muttering another curse under her breath, Reika leapt from the branch and caught another branch on the way down. She swung from that branch down to the grass, and moved quickly through the woods, moving toward whatever had made that sound. Her father had often warned her she shouldn't be so curious, and she might get herself into trouble....of course, he said she "might get herself into trouble" when she did anything, so she wasn't especially worried.

Creeping forward, she began to get an uneasy feeling...there was a strange scent on the air, something she'd never smelled before. Some new kind of animal? What could it be?

Vicklen Woods

A little blot on the local maps, nothing more. A thriving seat of elven civilization in its glory days, if their backwater hunter-gather druidic mumbo-jumbo could be called such, , but now little more then a backwater where people who wanted to get away from the modern world went; people who diden't want to give up the ghost that their way of life was dieing. Some might say they where keeping attached to their anceint roots, their spirtuallity, or other such nonsence, but not him. To him, they where a bunch of barbaric morons who diden't have the sence to even grow crops, worthy only to be enslaved. Which, by a strange concidence, was what he was here to do.

Canas was a magus, a conjuerer, to be more exact, and a rare one at that, being of lizerdfolk stock. To the elves, he was seen as defying nature, twisting the natural energies of the earth to unatural and selfish purposes. The irony about this was that their bodies contained a great deal of latent magical energy; energy that seemed to constantly renew itself. As such, any self-respecting proffesional spellcaster had one, even if they where kept in a constant state of magical sleep, to help refill their exhausted powers. Of course, the real trick was in finding one, and then keeping them alive.

He had transported himself into the middle of the woods, the stray sparks of eldrich energy flying purple around him, knocking down a single tree into the undergrowth, giving a muffled crash. As the aura faded around him, his features revealing themselves. He stood approximatly seven feet tall, common amogest his people, and a sharp, angular face with glassy golden eyes. Glittering, emerald green scales covered his body, except for the the lower patch of his pelves, which had a layer of skin that matched his eye color. His arms where long if not particularly thick, as where his legs, and a thick, muscular tail swishing slightly across the ground. He wore nothing, trying to be as natural as possable, except for a rope slung around his shoulder and the amythest-tipped, cherrywood staff in his clawed hands, fewing the area around him with a cold, calculating stare. All the birds had taken to the sky, a few small critters still scurring away from him over the undergrowth. Still, there wa a sound not quite natural... and a smell, as his tounge flicked out of his mouth to smell the air.

He turned himself around, looking deep into the trees, smelling for the heat of a body. The faint smell was there, deeper into the trees, but not close enough to see with his eyes. THe tip of his staff glowed for a moment, a holy, golden light, trying to pass himself off as a shaman or preist, slowly walking closer to the shadowy darkness in the distance.

"Hello?" he called out in a hard, but clear dilect of the Trade Tounge. "Is anybody there?"

Darting out from behind a tree, Reika looked on at what--at first--appeared to be a mage, in the area for trading. She recognized the trade tongue, and spoke it fairly well. Although it was rare for someone to search for her village in order to trade, it wasn't THAT uncommon; five or six traders came through every year, and the sound of the trade tongue put her at ease before she'd even seen him.

Then, she realized he wasn't at all what she'd been expecting. Looking up at his lizardlike form, she felt fear wrap around her heart. She was tempted to run as fast as she could. But, something about the light of his staff made it so she couldn't turn away from him.

"Who are you?" she said in a jumbled version of the trade tongue. "Conjurers aren't welcome in these woods, and you should leave." She could hear the tremble in her own voice, knew that this sorcerer could hear it as well....perhaps screaming would be her best option? But, would anyone be near enough to hear?

Standing only ten or so feet from the lizard creature, Reika tried again to pull her gaze away from the swirling energies on his staff, but she couldn't. Slowly, she began backing away, her bare feet silent and her bow gripped tightly in her sinewy arms.

A figure emerged from the gloom of the woods, almost like the wild animal she was. The elf showed every sign of savage people; the minimal, untreated coverings, the bow that looked as though it'd break with one good kick, the wild hair and the primal.. was it fear... it in her eyes. His throught tightened, focusing on not shouting his disguest at such a creature. Indeed, the most cultured thing about her was her supposed admiration of his illumination magic, wide-eyed staring at the crystal staff. Of course, he reasoned in his head, that could simply be magic calling to magic, like to like.

Shifting his stance slightly to straghten his back, bearing down haughtly over this pathetic figure, he decided to speak once more. "Perhaps I am not welcome," he spoke dismissivlly, waving his staff back and forth a bit. "However, concidering your inablity to stop me, that makes your opinion rather irrelvent, no?" She spoke with weakness, such meekness, he was surprised she could even bring out words at all. However, stubborn as they where about holding onto their outdated ways, perhaps some of that stubborness came in handy here.

He slowly padded his way across the soil to her, matching each of her steps with one of his own, larger ones, growing ever closer to his prey. "I can't imagine why any civilized race would want to trade with such lowly creatures as yourself," the magical glow around his staff shifted to burgundy, swirling about as it fed on the ambaint power around it. "However, it is a good thing they do, I suppose, because that means I can communicate with you without sullying my tounge with your growls and howls." His eyes peirced her, feeling the magical energy pulsing within. Focusing his own will, he shaped this shapeless force, forming it into an unblinking eye that looked directly into her, burrowing into her brain. "You elven woman are good for only two things, pillow houses and magic batteries, although the line is rather blured between the two." He worked the magic further, pushing it deeper into her, weakening her mind. "Now, you will come with me. Approch me, take my hand, and I shall not harm you or your people. If you do not," he chuckled, his own eyes and scales reflecting the mystic light, shrouding the area in a dark light. "I will return your people to the nature they so love, then take your woods and lay it waste, and make you watch. I am much more powerful then you... I suggest doing what I say. Now," he began to demand now, his voice harsh and flat. "Get down on the ground and crawl over here."

Although Reika was known for her courage as a hunter, the magic this being was putting out toward her, the magic he was whittling into her mind with, was impossible to fight back. Even as, somewhere deep inside her, she wished to strike out, ignore his command and spit upon him, she was unable to. Against her will, she dropped to her knees and began crawling slowly toward him. Her ass was high in the air as she still looked forward at the powerful sorcerer and the magic emitting from his staff.

Finally, she was crouched at his feet, looking up at him, her chest heaving under the narrow leather top. She tried to speak, to at least gently challenge him, but it felt as though something was keeping her tongue pressed against the top of her mouth, and her lips could do no more than slightly part. She hadn't been aware that any magic could have this level of control over her, but she was helpless to fight it anywhere outside of her own mind; even as she swore at him mentally, she remained crouched at his feet in supplication, her arms behind her back in total submission.

He chuckled in sucess as the magic rushed though his body and mind, filling him with a rather intense high. The fact that this elven scum was wriggling in the dirt like the dirty little animal she was wasen't exactly helping him stay calm etheir. She would make a good little magic battery, if she feel to a simple spell like this. In time, she might even learn to not hate it. "That's right," he bekoned with his free hand as his eyes ran over her, a slight rumble from his belly. "Now, just sit still, or I gurentee you won't be standing up for a long, long time."

Planting the staff into the earth, he shrugged the binding rope off his shoulder, pulling it taunt once in his hand before wrapping the hemp tightly around her neck, pulling hard enough to choke her for but a moment before loosening it slightly and tieing a rather intract knoth, his sharp claws dancing over her skin. "You may have a name, but I'm not intrested in knowing what it is. From now on, I will refer to you as slave. Now," he gave the knot one last pull before taking the other end of the rope into his hand, gripping back onto his staff. Focusing his will, he let the magic run loose, the eye flying off the top of staff and into her forehead, burning with an arcane light before placing the mark of the spell there, a glyph that would bind the magic for nearly a day; enough time to do the other rituals. "Speak freely, slave. This is the last time I will let you do so."
