heart, flower and lips are obviously sub, duh.

question face is a switch, anyone can see that....but I say lickey frog is switch too. Just a feeling.

I thought devil man was dom, but now I am not so sure.

eek and the one I call "yawn face" are both sub. Yawn face, technically known as embarrassment, is actually blow job face for those with eyes to see. eek is just that. notice sunglasses face directly behind eek, smiling as she eeks.

The kitten-paw one is about as sub as it gets.

Smileys in general are ingratiating/eager to please and therefore more sub. Non-smiling, deadpan posts are dom. Only the wink, I think, can go either way.

The others except the are probably a sub or switch.... but it also depends your type of personality, and how you write and stuff.

Like the idea Rosco. Those smilies have been irritating, attracting and repelling me for ages. Probably why I can't resist trying them.

Seems to me that while deadpan and non-smiling posts are mostly a pretty pretty dom, even there there may be exceptions. Hard for me to picture ownedsubgal using smilies, for instance. They seem to me to be more about communicating, and that it's really how you use them. Like if you use them to exact opposite intent of their face meaning. This one is so strangely blankfaced that it gives me the creeps like that scary movie ventriloquist dummy Chucky. And the toothy smile, begging to differ Rosco (and you know how I Luv to beg), can be a show of teeth as much as a primate knucking under face. Sometimes it can be a 'I think this is funny and Oh how I know You won't' face. Not very subbie. Kind of like when my cat yawns even when he's not tired just to show off his sharp pearlies. Licky-frog I use but don't really get. Is the frog saying 'I want to lick you' or 'ick' or 'heh heh heh' or 'my tongue is hanging out at the sight of your av which exposes your deep inner beauty'?
To me confused is subbie not switch. Don't switches know their switch and feel comfortable with it? It's us their confusing. And of course could Never be Dom, as Doms never ask directions, do they?

Devil face confuses me too. Never have used it to my recollection. To me, if you have to say you're being devilish then you ain't doin' much of a job of it, are you? Or otherwise it's a way to take back what you just said -- and meant -- with a sort of wink. Or it's like eek but more so? See, I don't get the devil face.

seems dom, yet I mostly recall seeing it used by subs and a few callow youths of unknown proclivities. It seems domish when used by subs and subish when used by doms to me. Madface seems subby when used seriously -- because a serious dom wouldn't have to tell you, or something, but seems to get used by doms alot in a kidding way.

So what does that leave? I hate to reserve sadness for subbies. It's very revealing, and seems brave to reveal one's vulnerability. Hmmm, I just don't want to say it's subby to show feelings.
