Been icing since 9 yesterday morning. Supposed to continue until 6 tonight

It was blocking the road. Course maybe I should have left it ... then the salt trucks couldn't get through and I'd be stuck here for a few days

It does look pretty ... I'm glad it happened on the weekend so I didn't have to stress about going anywhere.
I hope! Although I just spoke to a friend a couple towns over and she said the roads weren't too bad

Hmmm ... good question.
In all honesty I've become quite the scrooge this year. Last year I made tons of cookies and mailed off tins of them to several friends. I just don't feel like going through the hassle this year

Ya'll never did tell me if you tried the soft mints or if you threw them out, beings they were on the boat lost at sea for a month

I'll see what I can do ... if the weather prevents me from going to work tomorrow *crosses fingers* then I'll begin baking then.
