I wasn't sure if it was a good thing or a bad thing that you agreed to dinner. It meant I would have to wait all day and I would be working right next to you.
I watched as you gathered lunch, tossing the bread to me, catching me off guard. My mind was telling me to stay cool here, but my body was telling me something completely different.
"Mia, tell me what you like to eat, so I can plan dinner. I know of several restaurants between here and my apartment we could try, or, we could always pick up food and enjoy a relaxing dinner at my place." Wondering to myself how clean I had left my apartment that morning.
Finishing my sandwich as you sat there, looking at me. I reached over and caressed your hand as it lay on the table. Smiling in your eyes, I leaned over the table, kissing your lips softly.
