The Winter Of Democrat Discontent

The left will warp the boundaries of truth and fact to keep themselves from having their principles, ideas, and endgame, associated with the liberty killing philosophies of Marxism, or Communism. Americans know who the biggest mass murderers in history are.

See post #22.

It's application sacrifices liberty as well. America is about liberty. not socialism.

LMAO. America is about money. Big money. And the big money types have convinced dumb cunts like you to fight for them in the name of liberty. Exactly the same as they did 200 odd years ago.

Sure we do. We also believe in free lunches as surely as we believe in Santa, and there's the rub. Shit! We don't even hold out for free stuff that works.

No it doesn't. I've never supported National Socialism, but she has supported socialism on a national scale. You are not educated or sane enough to discuss the issue, so, shut the fuck up.

You wear the jackboots, you support putting pregnant women in "camps". You're a Nazi.

And anytime you think you're man enough to shut me up, hop in the vette and come visit me. Sissies like you sure do talk tuff.

. . . the Dems would win. Times have changed. In particular, the people have grown discontented with wealth inequality, wage stagnation, and the hegemony of the plutocrats, none of which was that much of an issue in 1972, and none of which issues Dems have really run on at any time since then.

Which means "Our branding of ourselves as the rich guys that care about the poor as opposed to the rich guys who 'don't care' is for-sure gonna work this time, it's just gotta!"

"Grown discontented"

Laughs.

That meme of "it's the rich guy's fault" was created specifically to take down Romney, it worked and they are still riding that lame horse.

If they are discontented in that way, a look at the DNC's donor list and the corporations that benefit from crony-ism should blow some holes at the waterline.

I fear that through the ongoing government re-education of our youth the legacy handed down to us, by those who went before, will not change hands. Because all that was built, all that has been sacrificed for, will be decided by a generation without the historical perspective to secure their liberty, or advance the legacy left by our grandfathers.

But the reckoning is at hand. The kids are saddled with the student loans and cant get home loans. Obama will forgive the loans using inflation but that harms everyone and creates bigger problems when few have the money to buy cars or appliances or furniture.

I'm not coming to Texas to take on a physically disadvantaged liar. If you want to have what's left of your surgically reduced stomach wrapped around the cartilage you call a spine, bring your pseudo threats to my door.

Oh my, that's right, you can't travel long distances anymore at your age. My bad.

I'll make sure to let you know the next time I'm in San Diego. I'll give you plenty of notice so you can come up with some innovative excuses not to meet me.

No, rebranding won't be enough, the Dems have got to become that.

That meme of "it's the rich guy's fault" was created specifically to take down Romney, it worked and they are still riding that lame horse.

Oh, it's a lot older than that, and a lot older than you or me, and for most of that "meme's" history it has been true.

If they are discontented in that way, a look at the DNC's donor list and the corporations that benefit from crony-ism should blow some holes at the waterline.

[shrug] Art of the possible. Imagine what electoral posture the Dems would be in without those donations.

"You didn't build that cafeteria."

You didn't build your mother's womb, or her breasts that fed you. You didn't build the Earth or the Sun. You didn't build the civilization and culture that shaped your personality. You didn't build the school system that taught you to read. Whatever line of work you are in, you didn't invent it, and you probably did not found your employing organization. All humans in all societies at all periods spend our lives enjoying the benefits of countless things we did not personally make or earn. Free lunches.

I can buy that 1963 Remington 700 I have had my eye on, go up above town shoot a deer, dress it out, butcher it, cook it and eat it. That is a lot of work. I will have earned it. It is not free.

The only people that eat off society while contributing little to nothing and doing very little actual work other than maintaining law school links with their compatriots and judges are lawyers.

Of course not all lunches are free; but your life, like everyone else's, is just full of free lunches. Did you make the deer? Did you invent the rifle?

Practicing law is much harder work than you think, and contributes a lot more to society than you realize. A country where lawyers don't matter is not a country you would want to live in. Lawyers don't matter in Somalia or North Korea, but they do matter in every industrialized democracy, and that is no coincidence.

Yeah, those hedge fund managers work their fingers to the fucking bone. And slumlords, tough gig that one. And don't get me started on how hard those poor bastards that live on the return from capital work, that's nearly a whole five minutes a week checking the bank balance!

And there's not one single thing you can do about it. :D

Yes providing liquidity and access to capital, and homes for the poor are pretty rotten things to do.

Something tells me you have never done any property management or owned any rental property.
