Well first off try spelling words completely. Not to be an ass or whatever, but I'm real big on proper spelling over proper grammar.

As for something to say, just reply to stuff. Can't be that hard, and it's the internet. If you have inhibitions on here, you've got other problems...

How about with someone 2 hours west of you? Any interest in hanging out with me?

Hee hee, I'm going to be taking a trip to Indianapolis with the marching band (yes, I'm a band geek, and damn proud of it, too) in October for an exhibition. That'll be the farthest I've ever been from home (tied with Myrtle Beach). Not that we'd have time to go explore the city, but I'm so excited.
Sorry, this had really nothing to do with the topic.

What instrument do you play, CG?
Well, in the marching band I play tuba (woo-hoo! 55 pounds of brass goodness wrapped around my shoulders! Haha!), but I also play flute, bassoon, and a little bit of mallets.

I think where we're going is the RCA Dome? Is there something like that there? It's some huge stadium thingy. We're going to perform for the Bands of America Grand National Finals. They have it there every year, so I suppose you'll know what I'm talking about. :)

Nice! I used to play Clarinet, but it's been so long I probably don't even know how to hold it properly anymore. ;)

Ooh, a clarinet boy. One of the tubas used to play clarinet, but now he's playing the superior instrument. :p I think it's neat when guys play clarinet, especially when they're younger, because for some reason, it's considered a "female" instrument. I think it's just stupid.

Female instrument? WHATEVER! Hell, the Flute is more of a female instrument, and I know a few male flautist. As long as it sounds good, I'm happy!

I know a flute is considered a "female" instrument more than a clarinet. I'd think that more guys would want to play the flute though, because they'd practically have a harem at their fingertips. I play flute, so I can say this. :p

LOL! Hmmm...maybe I should take up the flute...;)

Mellos are cool. We only had about 10 or 12 last year. They'd always get yelled at to be louder. Actually, the mellos, euphs, and tubas were always yelled at to be louder. Well, maybe if the trumpets were quieter, you'd hear us. :p
French horns always have really cool parts, in my opinion. At least in a concert band setting, they do. I became friends with this cute mello player. He's such a sweetie. Is it me, or is cuteness a requirement for mello players? :)

What about the English Horn? Doesn't anyone like the English Horn anymore?:p

Actually, I've wanted to learn the English Horn, but it's even more obscure than the Bassoon! Do you play it, Vay?

Sadly, no. Wouldn't mind learning, though!:D
