Hmm. Those are not on my radar but perhaps.
Isekai tends to go either harem or femdom. So really, any story that doesn't take one of those routes is anti-trope.

I have kind of one as a WIP, which is already unusual in that the MC is female, and will instead be getting dicked down by sexy aliens without collecting a reverse harem. More "universe explorer" than true isekai, though.

Another popular Isekai trope is to become the villain or side/background character of a book the protag loved, either of which is fated to die, and then turn the story around, oftentimes displaying just how villainous the original hero was all along.

So, gender swapped protagonist version of Hitchhiker's Guide, except when the character gets fucked repeatedly, it's literal rather than figurative?
