"What is it?" While opening it.
"It... Catches blood."
"You BLEED there?!" He stared at it, then I saw the cogs turning. "Do you have a piranha in there?"
Ohhh discovery channel...
... Wait...

"Yes."
He never asked again, but always asks if I need one. "Don't bug mom, her piranha is being mean."
