Actually the piercing only hurt when I gauged it (make the ring bigger). It is now up to a 2g and I have yet to use it to know how it feels...the previous sizes I was told felt great and hit all the right spots...I know that when I had the 8g doggie rub the g spot the whole time, so the 2g has bigger balls on it so it should really do the job; anyone want to test it out???
