hehe... I may be on vacation BUT the library has internet access! Who would have thought even this out of the way one horse town has a library with internet access? Half hour a day only. But it is enough to keep me from getting too buried at least with email piling up.

Glad to see I'm not forgotten while I'm gone though.

Yup, 1/2 hour unless someone else doens't sign up for the computer. On Saturday I actually had only about 20 minutes because the lady on it before me was an idiot and couldn't figure out how to print followed by the library closing down 5 minutes early before the official close time of 1 pm. I was cheated out of my time at Lit! (Do I sound addicted yet? Hmmmm?)

Anyway, I came back to see what fun I was missing out on this time and everyone has left again. Oh, well.

Obviously, you're not in a library with internet filters. The libraries her have them, might be interesting to go in and "test" them sometime.

Nope, I've never seen a library with filters. I've used them in California and Wisconsin and all libraries seem to support access to anything on the internet. Of course, I'm trying to be careful what I pull up on the screen, especially if there are any kids in the area. Then Lit is off limits for me since I don't want to expose kids to the avatars used here.
