Looking to start two new threads

(1) Gundam Wing - Mankind has colonized space (with clusters of colonies at each of the five Earth-Moon Lagrange points), and, down on the Earth, the nations have united as the United Earth Sphere Alliance. The Alliance rules the colonies with an iron fist. The colonies desire a peaceful resolution to the situation, joining together in a movement headed by the pacifist Jonathan Wales. In the year After Colony 175, Wales is shot dead by an assassin (believed to be Markus Derin), forcing the colonies to search for other paths to peace. The assassination also prompts five disaffected scientists from the Organization of Zodiac, much more commonly referred to as OZ, to turn rogue after the completion of the mobile suit prototype Tallgeese.

Where the RP begins:
The story of Gundam Wing begins with the start of "Operation: Meteor," the scientists' plan for revenge against the OZ military organization. The operation involves five young men and women who have each been chosen and trained by one of the five rogue scientists, then sent to Earth independently in extremely advanced mobile suits, one designed by each of the scientists, known as "Gundams". Their mobile suits are called Gundams because they are constructed from a rare and astonishingly durable material known as Gundanium alloy, which can only be created in outer space.

**Mobile Suits may be reused, but I'm looking for all-new characters to pilot them.

The Last Great Star In Hollywood

Sonia is a struggling actress in LA, landing only small roles. Michael is owner of the top architectural company in America. His company wishes to build a office on the lot Sonia's home is located, which she refuses when phoned. Michael sends a few of his employees to convince her to her studio where the story starts. People assume he is head over heels in love but Sonia refuses to return his feelings. Everyone is awed by the fact that Sonia had managed to catch the eye of such an influential man and begin to treat her as a princess, giving her better parts, etc. Sonia loves the attention and decides not to set the story straight. The story eventually leaks to a tabloid writer which is where

Michael (name can be changed) is the scion of a reputed business house that owns the top architectural company in America. He has finished his education in England and returned to take over the family business after his father's death. In the course of his business, Michael sends his men to meet Juliet, a struggling actress/model, about putting up an billboard above her apartment. The owner of Juliet's modeling/advertising firm misinterprets this as a romantic advance, and (in view of a possible lucrative ad campaigns and other benefits) encourages Juliet to accept the overture. He promotes her to become the lead model. Juliet is generally sweet and kind. She decides this is an innocent prank (that may fetch her better modeling work) and begins to play out the charade as Michael's girlfriend.

This story eventually leaks to the tabloids, and furious, Michael goes to meet Juliet to set the story straight. When he does meet her he is overthrown by her talkative personality and tells her that he is Chris, a simple fellow from a small town, looking to make a new life in the big city. Kalpana lands him some small modeling gigs. She is eventually enamored by his charms and Sachin is swept by her kindness and grace.

Neverland is back!

Looking for Peter Pan as well as other characters from the Peter Pan and Wendy story.

The thread takes place as Wendy turns 18 and has all but given up her childhood dreams. She has begun to think her time in Neverland was just in her imagination and makes a whimsical wish to see Peter Pan on more time just before the clock strikes midnight and she turns into an adult.

The story does take place with her as an adult, and with Peter having grown up still visiting Wendy but having decided perhaps life as a grown up would not be so terrible so long as he had Neverland.

I would love to see a full cast of characters, even a Captain Hook, pirates, Princess Tiger Lilly and the Indians, Mermaids and fairies. Any clever ideas are always welcome, all I ask is that you please send me a pm before posting.
