It had been a long three months but it felt good to be home. As Manny stepped through the doors of her father's mansion she shrugged her kit bag off of her shoulder and dumped it on the floor in the middle of the hallway. Someone was bound to tidy it away, wash the clothes and pile them in her wardrobe for her, just as they always did.

Darting up the stairs she made her way through the second floor until arriving at her suite, eager to change out of the tight denim hot pants, crop top and ripped leather jacket she was wearing and into something a little more stylish. She'd never have admitted it to her friends but she'd never really liked the whole 'grunge' look they seemed to all love so much.

As she stepped through the door into her reception room Manny stopped dead in her tracks. In the middle of the room was a large white box with a small panel of blinking lights on the front. Damn her, Manny thought as she stepped towards it angrily, I told her not to use my room as a storage depot.

Walking around the strange box Manny stopped as she spotted what looked like a remote control hanging from the side, a big red button glowing temptingly, waiting to be pushed. Unable to stop herself she reached out her hand and gently pressed the button...
