this has been quite the ride.

but now to kill the show once and for all;

to start a word to that slamming glamming ramming brotha dixon carter lee whose great diss of me has inspired this show killer that breaks every rule -

it took the great jim brown, the greatest running back not based on numbers but based on the simple fact that he was and he remains his own man, his freshman year and half way through his sophomore year at syracuse university to finally play on the playing field with the orangemen. not because he was black - not because of racism - but because he was fucking good and most of all he was his own man who did not adhere to any system of 'community' within the syracuse university campus of what an athlete should be. and mr. lee - the great jim brown walks into the prison system of hometown cleveland and spends time with the inmates and tells them of the inner knowledge thay dwells and that no system can prevent that from taking
root.

and mr. lee: as you sit there and slam ram glam like a drunken man if you can sit there and talk about how free we all are then my friend continue with creating your cute non - threatening rythmatic homlies all right .... and perhaps on day you too can sell out and be the flavor of the month........

how nice that will be.

as far as the 'community' goes here it is about pedantics who will sit about like meager fleas and watch the years and watch the times kick them out as
many of the board members will become nothing more than an unsung footnote. i find it very amusing how so many came to the aid of confused, one of their own, and shunned kid rock 2 because he didn't fit in. and of my treatment here it has been a legendary time as so many has hurled all types of theories and thoughts and emotional fecal matter like a bunch of territorial
monkies hopped up on a bad ritalin dose.

but thanks for the incentive to learn my craft so well that i will take relish and
plenty of mustard in kowing how quick the crew will fade like the bad boy groups dominating the scene with their bad pop and shitty talents. and for those who will try to fit into the community of pedantic wanna bes: please be informed that unless you are willing to forego your true creative spark and become welcomed into the likes of individuals who love to play second rate english professors and who love to write quote from writers and thinkers who had the balls they lack to push forth the medium of the written expression,
then my heart goes out to you as you kneel before these senseless and useless asses who would eat your newborn first before coming down from their lofty perch of miniscule power and insignificant glories.

and the community board knows who i am talking of: now don't you .

thanks for the lessons - and thank you for the lesson.

may your times of general morose and fear of the dark come to roost ---

No, Jim Brown might be an admirable man for "being his own man"
, and conversely the spousal abuse conviction might make him less than admirable, but he was a great running back because he was able to gain a whole lot of yardage. There are thousands of men who are their own men but that doesn't make them great running backs.

rambling man

Hey - you're a sports fan. This is no BS - Jim Brown is considered to be the greatest lacrosse player who ever lived. It's a great trivia question.

whew

i thought this puppy was gonna give newbie's a bad name by putting up another rant...luckily it's not so much a rant, but a free flowing thank you...i approve. now dix isn't too bad (he just dislikes long signatures)...and it might help if you post what he said next time so we can understand your statements much more...just a thought :D.

I've always heard of talking out of your ass...

This guy can type out of his ass! That's amazing!

And your point is..?

Listen pal just cause you can write a wordy string of nonsense don't make you deep and interesting, it just make's you a bore.

If you have something to say then say it, drop the rhetoric and knock the chip off your shoulder, stop acting like your better than everybody else and you might just get a good conversation.

Either that or fuck off :D you pick.

You mean it isn't? Aww Damn, I missed my turn somewhere!;)

MUAH MYST! :p

can't we just kill this thread?

the title really has nothing to do with wht he said....for that matter, what he said had nothing to do with what he said...i thought i'd humor him earlier, but now even i'm getting annoyed...

hey myst, :p slurp! your story was wonderful...

Then let's hijack the thread and make it our own. Thanks, tmuyo, and Mistress, hell, baby.... you know there will be try-outs again soon. ;) I missed the first few as well.

i'm all for hijacking it

let him start his own thread...lol. this is now the property of myst and co. lol.

*stamps official seal* (<~~borrowed it from laurels desk)

Well we are the best at hijacking threads....so I'll start with a nice nudie photo :D

Jim Brown is arguably the greatest fullback to ever put on the pads. He racked up a lot of numbers before he left the game in the middle of his prime. He never missed a game, and a lot of defensive players of his era were more than happy to hear of his premature retirement. His reasons for quitting football are unclear, but he did make a few half-ass movies afterward. He briefly entertained the idea of fighting Muhammed Ali, until a friendly bitch-slapping by Cassius made him realize he didn't have a chance in hell. Jim Brown was a great football player, and that's where it ends as far as I'm concerned.

I'll take Walter Payton any day of the week.

Well, Calling Brown a fullback is a tricky black hole. He was technically a fullback but he was a feautured back in their offense. So calling him a fullback and then comparing him to Alstott or the Moose isn't really fair.
