I once had a script for a journal. It was formatted similar to a guestbook, only it was accessible to be written in only by the diarist, yet could be viewed by all.

Does anyone know specifically where I could find one similar (If not the same) or of something remotely similar?

Maybe someday I'll get back to writing my own scripts, but I have too much other shit to do for other people so... I go the simple and lazy way for my own site for now.
