I definitely need your help with these akasha!!!! I can't assure you that any pics would get taken though. great abs

OK, my friend - ready? It's a three prong approach:

1. Cardio - Do it 3-4 times a week, but ONLY for 20 minutes! The secret is intervals. For example, on the treadmill, I do a minute at 3.7 mph, a minute at 4.7, a minute at 5.7 then a minute at 6.7 - then back down to 3.7. The top speed changes to 7.5, 8.5, etc.
The interval training burns calories like crazy, ESPECIALLY if you do them in the am before you eat, so they burn stored fat, not what you just ate.

2. Cut down on the carbs - pasta, bread, rice, potatos. Not eliminate, just reduce. The weight will melt off fast, 3-5 pounds per week.

3. Exercise - Lifting weights is best, of course. Just a few sets per body part with VERY little rest in between. For the stomach, use weight to build up the ab muscles like any other muscles. I do crunches with weight.

You don't have to kill yourself - be consistent and remember that nutrition is all important. Reduce the carbs and up the protein.
You'll be an adonis!

My thoughts..........I think after seeing the new AV I will forget the stairs & think about the couch............looks more comfy..........
