I also say Hello to all the todyers and visitors

Today Joey there is no mystery. Real life keeps knocking on my door.

Today was a rollercoaster kind of day for me. Started out good, then went south in a big way and ended up a little better than the norm. :)

Evening to you dear DGO. So lovely to see you here tonight. :rose:

Today I saw this girl I met just after moving out here, about a month ago. I went to her house and met her boyfriend. Kinda has a skinhead look about him, but seems nice enough to company. In fact he didn't mind his girl "reading my palm" where she says I see you'll have a big house, and a pool...*spits*. Which I wiped on her leg... awkwardness

Today I've made an effort to enjoy myself, to brighten my own spirit and find my own reasons to smile........ it's working so far. :)

today I got yelled at at work for being away from work too long the previous day.

Today I have done a lot of thinking.

*yes it gave me a headache*

Today I realized how much I missed talking with Denae... :) Too bad we didn't live closer. Our girls nights would be fun!

Today I couldn't agree with you more.

Today I can finally share some wonderful news. My co-worker's preemie baby was able to go home on Tuesday. She was originally due 3/13, my co-worker had pre-eclampsia, and the baby was delivered on 1/23 weighing in at 4lbs 12 oz. but breathing on her own. The baby has made steady progress, now weighs over 5 lbs 5 oz., and was released a couple of weeks earlier than anticipated.

Such great news that I had to share with everyone. :rose:

edited as I had the wrong weights. Baby born at 2lbs 12 oz., left hospital at 4 lbs 6 oz. The rest of the post is correct.

Today that is very good news!

Today, it's even more of a miracle when you take into consideration that the momma was told she couldn't have babies of her own just two years ago and that this is her first pregnancy at 42 and two months before the baby was born the couple lost their home and all of their belongings in a fire. Just a complete miracle and I'm so happy for my friend.

Today I've decided that I have to make a stand. I have to stand on my own and depend on no-one.

That truly is a miracle. The baby is the rainbow after the storm.

Today I share in the smiles for Den's friends and their special child. How nice.

I'm happy to see you all and say hi.

Kiki - I understand what you're saying, sometimes we have to do that and then we get strong enough to allow someone to help us. Kind of weird the way it works - I wish you all the best.

 But that was his weakness, not yours. I know it hurts though... deeply. :rose:
