Today I got so busy with my website that I forgot to eat breakfast............big mistake.

Today... I did lose some of my fat ass off in the sauna, my employeer calls a truck... I had a key chain thermometer that went up to 120 F, and it actually broke and the backgroud is permiated red... sure the fat will find its way back by the end of the evening though, I seen it tossing crumbs out the window... guess I can run BUTT can not hide!!!

Today I also hope higher feels better and hope DGO ate something by now.

Today I am touched that JCB chose a wonderful pet...and it makes me wish more people would spay and neuter before others are put to sleep.

Today... I got a kcik out of the Trice/Higher Volley best of wishes higher... DGO, how might I flatter you once again, your response was so nice!... Cate, glad your enjoying the Open, are you following the invitational at Glenmaura (which is only a few miles from me)... MT (kewl on the collar) though changing the tags out stinks and my little 180 lb. lap dog loves her jingles<think it makes her feel at home, she was a last minute rescue from the ASCP. they were going to put her down because of her age!>

Today... I hope pics are acceptable here, This is the girl who is going to break my heart, but she gives unconditional love and asks for nothing more than a pat on the head! Not to mention each night cooking for her, staying up during thunderstorms or cries to go see her friends when I am trying to sleep<now come to think of it when I reach my demise I want o come back as her!!!

Today, I added a pic of her, a fenced in yard is an altenative to netuer and spaying as long as you can deal with the behavior and sometimes unavoidable "time"... though so is a leash and poop bags on walks.

Today I could tell a very embarrassing story about my spontaneous action which was caught on film (photo) and luckily only two of my female buddies saw it before I threw the negative away. But that's a story I'm not sharing on here. It didn't hurt anyone & it wasn't illegal, just a fun moment with my softball team.

It's not an insulin thingy it's a tummy thingy. I feel fine, just have a nervous tummy. I'm confined to the house until I'm sure everything is working properly, if you get my drift.
