today I got up so many times
at about 1 am for awhile 
then had lovely dreams
then 6:30, because for some reason I thought it was weds, not tues, when I discovered this I went back to sleep until about 9:20, got up peeled the henna off my ankle and decided to read as I have the day off, fell asleep and woke again about 11!!!!
So have gotten nothing done except eat nutella on a banana, take my drugs, unload the dishwasher and talk to a friend.
The henna looks very nice however and makes me smile.
It is cold,wet and weedy here and I could easily sleep more I think but I have stuff to do.

Today has brought me some good news, I hope, and so I take my leave feeling a little bit happier for the future ..... goodnight to all my fellow Todayers, this Brit is heading for his bed!

Today I feel better than I have in weeks and the world looks better right now. I feel if some of the burden of the world has been lifted from my shoulders. Hope they continue to do so. I am retiring from here for the night to spend some quality time with my son. Hope all of you have a wonderful evening and that you have some fun.
