Today I went walking at the gym VERY early...as I knew we were going to get a huge snowfall today and I wanted to do that before it started...

When I came out of the gym, it was already snowing pretty swiftly and so I know I made a good decision...

SO stunning outside...a real fairytale with all the white flickerings...sigh...:rose::heart:

Today I did the same thing. I went to the studio at 5:45 to get my yoga in before the snowfall. It was a beautiful ride home.

I went at the same time as you ( smile)...early mornings are so perfect and serene aren't they?...

I had started Yoga and quit...I want to restart...I do meditation every day though and could not be without it...
