Today I learned that male country music singers sing about drinking beer, driving pickup trucks, leering at and commenting on women, and apologizing for whatever screw up they made whereas female country music singers sing about drunk, abusive fathers, driving pickup trucks, not being treated with respect and getting out of relationships by telling the guy off.

Seems there's some kind of feedback loop going on there.
