Toward a non-competitive society

What I've always found disturbing about Affirmative Actin and DEI is the COMPETITION they imply -- there are only so many desirable positions available in society, and to qualify one must demonstrate one's worthiness as superior to others'. Even the purest meritocracy is still competitive.

There must be a better way than that to arrange things. But Communists have never found it, competition in their societies can get pretty fierce.
 
A Communist slogan is, "From each according to his ability, to each according to his need." That's how a FAMILY works. Within a functional family, there is no competition beyond the level of sibling rivalry. The general idea is that society should be like a family.
 
What is really horrible is, some RW idiots seem to think competition as such has some kind of VALUE. Any sensible person will dismiss that shit as social Darwinism.
