That slate of candidates borders on extremist to outright sociopaths which no decent human being would ever support- and if those are the best that the Republicans have to offer, then the primary is meaningless if they all lose by a landslide in the general election.

Also, fair to say, not every Trump backed candidate is an extremist. In Idaho, several of the more moderate incumbants won their primary, fending off a primary challenge from outright sociopaths/far right extremists who claimed the mantle "Conservative Republican.". And ironically, most of these moderates (Using that term relatively) who won were, nonetheless, Trump endorsed. (Our current governor is probably the worst governor Idaho has ever had, Trump endorsement aside, but one of the guys running against him was actually far, far WORSE!)
