Secondly, Mississippi and Alabama don't have the economies that Mass/Baltimore does. They're POOR and the result is that there are fewer dollars to use to try to fix the problems there. An issue BALTIMORE doesn't have since Mass by itself is probably a lot wealthier than all of the deep south put together.

Thirdly, MAKING UP something Obama never said about someplace that isn't Baltimore isn't the best way to prove your point that Baltimore ISN'T something it is. It's a deflection so that you don't have to debate the TRUE ISSUE here - Baltimore is a pest filled shithole because it's been run to death by the D's who have ZERO INTEREST in actually doing anything about it so they slander Trump to cover that up.
