Seriously, this is a city wide disgrace, an American embarrassment. Something is dreadfully wrong in a city where 9 out of 10 black males can't read at grade level. Hundreds of millions of federal dollars have been put into education specifically in Baltimore.

What Trump can do is instruct the DOj to investigate where those dollars went, to who, and for what. When 13 high schools in that city can't produce a "single" student proficient in math, that alone is an indictment of the city leadership. Every one of those Democrats need to be put in prison for the damage they've allowed to happen to those kids in Baltimore. Friggin' sickening.
