Trump told to put up or shut up

1. Yes you are defending them. We all know you're a shitty racist. Don't play coy.

2. Evidence, evidence, evidence.

None of those links are of any value. They are all to extremist websites that are worse than Breitbart.

ETA: In a manner of speaking, I am a shitty racist. If I were a good racist, I wouldn't be married to a woman of color and supporting her offspring from her earlier marriage.

Since Breitbart.com lost Andrew Breitbart, Steve Bannon and Milo Yiannapoulos, it is much less racist.

Top Republicans are distancing themselves from Trump's lie about being wiretapped.

http://www.cnn.com/2017/03/07/politics/wiretap-congress-sean-spicer-response/index.html

Note how Sean "Goebbels" Spicer has changed the story from yes, most definitely, we know there wire taps to:

"Nothing has changed," Spicer told CNN's Jim Acosta when asked whether there was new evidence to support the claims. "It's not a question of new proof or less proof or whatever, the answer is the same, which is that ... there was a concern about what happened in the 2016 election. The House and Senate Intelligence Committee have the staff and the capabilities and the processes in place to look at this in a way that's objective and that's where it should be done."

The weaseling has begun. This will give them an excuse when, as we all know, nothing will be found.

Since Breitbart.com found itself so close to the center of power it slightly toned down it's rhetoric for better mass consumption.

Don't you guys recognise a smokescreen when you see one?
The Trumpster was in trouble trying to support a man who lied to congress before his appointment.
He comes out with an unsubstantiated statement and you are all concentrating on that. He's playing you all. you've taken your eyes off the ball.

Except that it didn't unfold that way. Sessions is part of what pissed Trump off this weekend. Hours after Trump said Sessions didn't have to recuse himself, Sessions recused himself. There was no smokescreen plan in play. It's a repeat of Conway saying Trump had full confidence in Flynn and an hour later Spicer throwing Flynn under the bus. The White House staff, under the clown-in-chief, is a Keystone Cops operation.

Bullfuckingshit. Let's see proof.

You're getting ruined box absolutely and totally ruined. You might want to follow your buddy bot and rage quit with your asshole still intact.

Proof of what? I already know, so I don't need proof, and it's nobody else's business.

Vice President Pence won't even stand behind the lie of wiretapping. Asked point blank if he thought the lie was true and he deflected to job creation:

John Kosich, WEWS: The President has alleged that the former President committed a felony in wiretapping Trump Tower. Yes or no — do you believe that President Obama did that?

Mike Pence: Well, what I can say is that the President and our administration are very confident that the congressional committees in the House and Senate that are examining issues surrounding the last election, the run-up to the last election, will do that in a thorough and equitable way.

They'll look at those issues, they'll look at other issues that have been raised. But rest assured, our focus is right where the American people are focused, and that's on bringing more jobs here to Ohio, creating a better healthcare system built on consumer choice.

Republican Senator John McCain has now publicly, and with clear language, told the con artist to put up or shut up. In an interview on CNN Senator McCain said:

"I have no reason to believe that the charge is true, but I also believe that the President of the United States could clear this up in a minute," McCain told anchor Jake Tapper. "All he has to do is pick up the phone, call the director of the CIA, director of national intelligence and say, 'OK, what happened?'

So there you have it. One simple phone call and everything will get sorted out. Will the con artist do it? Will he take time from his fifth consecutive weekend going golfing to make a two minute phone call? With today's technology even a tweet will do. Will he dare say in 140 characters or less he wants the CIA/FBI/whomever to turn over any and all FISA warrants related to this supposed wiretapping?

Naw. That would be too easy.

How did the CIA get involved in this? Trump Tower is in the United States--that's NSA territory, not CIA territory. There's quite a scandal here if, indeed, the CIA is involved in a wire tap (or "tapp") at Trump Tower.

I think because Trump said it that's where the fallacy comes in. What Trump may have (wrongly) thought is the Russian Trump was talking to was being tapped and by extension anything he, Trump, said was also being tapped.

In reality it should be the FBI doing the tapping. Correct me if I'm wrong but the NSA is charged with protecting our nation's communications and breaking other people's codes.

Why McCain and others would repeat the CIA is beyond me because McCain should know better which intelligence agency does what.

If it's a wire tap on a server at Trump Tower, it's NSA's business. And NSA would be all over the CIA if it discovered it doing intercept business on U.S. soil. If the tap was put in on the bank at the Russian end, that would be the CIA. Everything I've read has said it was a server in Trump Tower.

The McCain quote is screwed up anyway. If it was the White House calling, the call should go to the office of the director of national intelligence (there not one being in place in the actual position at the moment) direct, not short circuit that to go directly to either the CIA or NSA.

The calls are growing louder for the con artist to put up or shut up. The House intelligence committee is now telling the administration to provide evidence for its fake claim of being wiretapped.

On Saturday a senior congressional aide said the request for evidence by Monday was made in a letter sent by the committee chairman, Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and the panel’s ranking Democrat, Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., according to the aide, who wasn’t authorized to discuss the request by name and requested anonymity.

What one has to love is the excuse the lead Republican, Nunes, is now using for this lie:

Nunes has said that so far he has not seen any evidence to back up Mr. Trump’s claim and has suggested the news media were taking the president’s weekend tweets too literally.

“The president is a neophyte to politics - he’s been doing this a little over a year,” Nunes told reporters earlier this week.

In other words, it's his first day. He's allowed to lie.
