Haven't been on a tube for three years. Not since some handsy dickhead decided to take advantage of the crowding in order to grope me.

Let's see, dehydration, closed stations, packed rush hour trains on the Piccadilly line, and lots of people generally trying to keep out of each other's way. That's all that's ever really happend to me when i've been on the tube.

That's unfortunate, the tube does force you to interact with or atleast share your space with all sortsa creatures. Having first moved here from US suburbs, I was quite traumatised initially but the convenience won me over eventually. You come to London often? Or was your experience in your local underground (sorry I don't know a lot about other UK cities as yet)

Lol yea, the only other time something interesting happen to me on the tube was when I slept off on my way back home after drinks on a Thursday night, must have been midnight or so and this lovely lady woke me up around bond street when she got down to tell me don't miss your station...I wish I had thanked her properly by getting down with her ...but stayed on till my own stop...

Gotcha...but seriously was that one experience that turned you off from tubes or was it something else too?

Well the tube (or orange) is poorer in many ways is all i can say .
