Okay--dumplings with chives, roast duck (dad rules at making this) and I only know the other ones in Chinese. Oh yeah, like 'wonton' too. Well, for the record--yu xiang qie zi bao (this is the best veg dish EVER. Too bad you don't have sweet aubergines here--they're all bitter!) yu xiang rou si (with chilli sauce), gu lao rou (I think that might be sweet'n' sour pork but I'm not sure), jin du pai gu, any kind of spare ribs, shellfish, mussels etc. etc.
I've eaten snake before, actually (cobra). Tasted like chicken.
Mmm young a nutritional snack and a nice pair of shoes or bag
