Just saw HP3.

It is better than the first two put together. Harry seems to actually have a personality and the kids act better. It's funnier, it's scarier and it's a far more interesting movie. It's less straightforward in plot, so for those unitiated to Potterdom, it might not be so easy to get into/understand. However, it completely rules. Crookshanks is cutest cat ever, Buckbeak is really, really beautiful. I want a hippogriff!!! Sirius Black is sexy and Daniel Radcliffe is better-looking. Emma Watson is less over-the-top Hermione and continues to be WAY too pretty to be Hermione.

Directing was SO much better in general. Cuaron rocks.

Well there's some underhand sexual suggestions in here made by Cuaron.

E.g. First shot of Harry is him under the bedcovers playing with his wand.

Cuaron directed the sex-laden Y Tu Mama Tambien, which led people to think that he was going to sex up Harry Potter. He didn't, exactly, but he added a little thing there.
