Let us start with the size thing. Before you can submit totally to another you must be confident in your own world . I foresee no reason why any genuine Dom should have an issue with the shape of your body. It is the mind that I seek to control and though you will be expected to submit to whatever deviance I may ask of you , personal humiliation has no place there.
