Unable to connect to chat

Haven’t been able to enter chat for the last week. An error message just appears. I can access the rest of the website fine, is this an internal error or something to do with my side of things?

Hi, I’ve tried entering the chat again and still getting an error message. My cache and history have been cleared so I’m not sure what’s happening.

I recommend you keep trying - it can be flaky a lot. Alternatively, you could try a different browser if its an option (or a VPN to mimic another country)?
