ima an uncircumsized guy and when i put the condom i pullback the foreskin and put it on when i let go the foreskin rollsup with the condom and this happens during sex also. so my question is how do you put it on for it not to roll up im 7ins big and 4 wide

The important thing is to put it on while you're hard, and try to stay hard. The foreskin will move easily when you're soft, but will usually stay in place when erect.

When i was useing condoms, i liked the really small ones(i have a normal sized penis), because they obviously strech anyway, and when they were on they felt amazingly tight, espcialy around the base and thats good to keep the semen inside too. also why dont they tell ppl to put a cock ring on after the condom for a better seal and longer lasting erection

Probably because some cock rings will make the condom more likely to tear.
