Once the door was closed and they were once again alone, Nisa turned her full attention to Corbin. Slowly her gentle hands slipped up his chest, slipping around his neck as she pressed her body to his. A smile graced her face as she stood on her tip toes and closed her eyes as she her lips kissed his softly. After a moment passed before she broke the kiss.

“I would be most honored to call you husband.”

Corbin sighed with pleasure as he pulled Nisa tightly against his body. Held her there for moments that felt more like minutes, inhaling the scent of her hair and then gently picked her up and carried her to the bed.

"You've seen the life a hedge-knight leads..." he murmured softly into her ear. "I had hoped to spare you from that... but it would seem that love is not to be denied."

He laid her down on the lavish bed and then bent over her, kissing her softly.
