Well, looks like I am gonna get the security deposit back I put down on that first apartment finally!!! Got the guy to write me a check but when the bank said they couldn't cash it, wouldnt say if insufficient funds or the account was closed, I went to the sheriff's department! The sheriff called the guy, and he actually answered, and said the money would be in the account tomorrow. So, I have a number to call for the bank to make sure the money is in there and if for any reason it isn't I am to call the sheriff right away!!! I love our sheriff's dept, they are always so helpful!!!

I know, I am very happy!! Phew, glad you finally showed up, was gonna have to go up to a random stranger and tell them the whole story and hope they wouldn't call the cops thinking I was psycho!!! LOL
