The constitutional authors knew the progress of weapons from swords to guns. They probably knew there would be many more advances in military technology when they wrote the 2nd Amendment. I doubt they expected a steep decline in fitness, when most Americans would be too unfit to defend the nation.

Many Idahoans will be automatically reenrolled into their plans under their new rates, potentially leaving some people unaware of the upcoming spike in their monthly costs.
