I've been sexually involved with 2 men who have had vasectomies and been friends with several others, and none of them had their balls get bigger or their orgasms become more intense. Nor did they suddenly become capable of having multiples! If this happened to you, or someone you know, I seriously doubt that it is very common. I've NEVER heard of this effect.
