It is kind of funny, I didn't enjoy my time in the military, actually I would go as far as to say I hated it.... But as time passes I remember how much I loved it and actually have gotten some tattoos, like most sailors do

As an American, let me say: Thank you all for your service.

Especially those from allied nations and those that served recently. The politicians sure cocked things up recently (as they always cock something up during every war) but it was good to know that principles still matter, and that those responding in the place of the people buried under the rubble of the WTC weren't going alone.

Royal Air Force for 16 years then Army for 6 years, finished 22 years service a couple of years ago.

Really miss it at times, but sometimes a girl just needs to wear a skirt for a while!
