My girlfriend and I are both virgins and after a lot of foreplay last night, we decided that we would have sex. Tightness has to do with girth, not length, so the more relevant question would be how thick you are. Also even if there's plenty of moisture you might need to spread it around to the right places. Did you try putting a finger or two inside her?

It could be lots of things. Use lube, relax, try not to "plan" things (doesn't help the nerves). Last, finger her. Unlike what your trying to use, with your fingers you can start small (1) and work up to two or more. It should help to relax her and get comfortable with the sensations so she can enjoy them more. Plus it loosens things up making penetration easier. Vaginas are not one size fits all.
