Just to add this, for Lit authors .... I know this girl (maybe my future girlfriend ? I hope so). She told me that she spents a lot of time with her niece, because for her, she is not like a niece, but more like a buddy. "My" Girl is 25, the niece is 18 ....

I beg to differ with smartnsassy. The threat of physical violence does not have to be present to constitute rape; emotional ("Do it, or I'm going after your little sister.") or situational ("Do me, or I'll see you don't get that promtion.") coersion can and have been applied as well.
Ergo, any victim (male or female) agreeing to have sex in order to avoid a less desirable situation is giving into coersion, which equates to extortion, thereby providing the legal ground work needed to prosecute the offender (again, male or female) on the more serious charge of rape.
And this also answers the question about a woman (or women) raping a man. Just because he gets a hardon does not mean a man is sexually excited. Fear can generate the exact same physical responce in a man. So can death.
