LOVE THE HAT!!!
Christmas was good, spent it at the beach with family, had a couple of swims, too much wine and food and late nights, Got sunburnt, got some good presents, put on 3kg, yarda yarda yarda.....
What are your good intentions for this year????

3kg? I'll weigh myself in the morning and let you know if I beat you on that one
My intentions are mainly work related. Oh and also to make sure I go outside every day even in the worst weather. (I get tempted to coccoon myself if I don't absolutely need to go out.) Oh and to do yoga classes again. That's not really an intention, it's a definite.....circumstances prevented me recently. Hmmmm....my first intention is to lose the lard I've just put on (So why am I about to make a coffee and tuck into the chocs???!!! )

maybe less than 3 kg. Yeh I have a little Jack Russel JUST LIKE GOBLINS and have to walk her every day as she goes MAD. So an hour in rain or shine is a must do. Must say it has made me a lot fitter
Did yoga for a couple of years and really enjoyed the relaxation side of it , was not too good on the positions where you stood on one leg , with the foot of your other leg pressed into your upright knee??????? Duh, hard to describe, anyway used to fall over a lot , which impressed some of the yogaphiles no end!!
Coffee sounds good - BUT laying off the food as tonight is New Years Eve here and a largish night is planned..........

Yoga is good - I took it u about 8 months ago and I a lot more flexible - even though I the only male in a class with female instructor ! (So sometimes not flexi !!!)
