Wasnt there a TV series about butterfly's or called butterflys - I remember a family with a mini with Union jack roof - nothig as nice as your butterfly though !

At the risk of sounding like a sad old tv anorak, yes there was a sitcom called Butterflies. Wendy Craig played the Mum, Ria....err...God my mind's gone blank..Geoffrey Something was the Dad, Ben I think, Nicholas Lindhurst was one of the sons and there was another son too. 'My Family' is suspiciously similar in conception....a scatty Mum that can't cook, a curmudgeonly dentist Dad called Ben, dimwitted son.....

Butterflies like you I was young when it was on ! My family is good too - But they aint got the mini ! I must say i am a mini fan - and quite like the car too !!
