Well Silence of the Lambs was the movie I was thinking about...and I think I do remember it being on the Family Guy....but the cartoon I was referring to was SouthPark, the episode where the boys fight over a girl because she's going through puberty and her breasts are starting to grow. Well at a few times in that episode, Cartman reenacts the scene from Silence of the Lambs with dolls.
