Sorry you had a crappy computer day! I just spent the bucks fixing my system after me dear son downloaded a nasty file full of corrupting virus-like spyware. I'd gladly trade for the missing printer! But, I know the pain of being at the mercy of the truly callous incompetent. You have my sympathy, dear one!
