Hey sweetie, I think I know how you feel, I've felt so very NOT beautiful lately...Mokum talked to me this morning and convinced me to take a nice long bath and get reacquainted with my self on a one on one level and it really helped. I find that a warm bath will often help you feel better, even if it doesn't cure the actual problem.
